Crew Officers Meetings
Dave and Kym put meal in Dutch oven and at 5:00 the officers arrived.
Dave discussed the responsibilities of each office.
We discussed the plans for next meeting
which consists of the following: David will prepare a game and we would discuss old and
new business, we would have a dutch oven meal, Dan would talk about the snowshoe hike, and
we would discuss layers, frostbite and snow caves.
We also talked about uniforms. We came up with two ideas, a spruce green Boy
Scout shirt or a polo shirt. Robbyn will assign a committee at the next meeting. Rob will
also assign a committee for making bylaws.

The meeting started at 6:25 and we opened with the garage sale. We discussed different
ways to make money. We discussed the meeting Sunday 5-16 and we would have it be a party
meeting with pizza, soda and ice cream. Everyone had a good time playing sardines. We
discussed jamboree on 5/22 going as guests of the boyscout troop. We also discussed
Tehachapee 5/29-31 and making an announcement. We talked about needing a chairperson for
the June backpack. We discussed summer planning (which didn’t seem to be on my
notes). Kym read “The Issue” letter and everyone gave their insights.
We decided to have a going away surprise party for Ryan and to reimburse drivers $50
who were at Death Valley.
